Feel free to invite your friends, family,               co-workers, church family, etc.  We are anticipating another life-changing experience.

The name of the book we will be studying for our next discussion is titled “How To Be An Antiracist” by Ibram X. The purpose of this book discussion is two fold: (1) to create solidarity and fellowship among the two churches.  (2) initiate courageous conversations around the issues of race and race relations.  The facilitators for this book discussion will be The Rev. Amy Yarnall, Pastor of Wesley UMC, and The Rev. Dr. Turhan L. Potter, Sr., Pastor of Whatcoat UMC-Dover.

You may purchase the book from any online book retailer.  We will continue to remain on a 6-week schedule meeting the 1st  and 3rd Wednesdays of the month.  The first session will begin on February 3rd and will conclude on April 21st.  The length of time we meet will be the same 6:30 pm -7:45 pm.
