Small Group Schedule

The following are the small groups offered on Sunday mornings and throughout the week. Being a part of a small group is vital to spiritual growth and health. Come out and join a group!

 

Advent Study:
Come be a part of an Advent Study at lunch time on Wednesdays. We will meet in Grace Fellowship Hall. Please bring a lunch.

We will be using another Adam Hamilton Study- The Journey

The dates are: Nov.  28, Dec. 5, 12,19, Jan. 2. We will begin with a video and continue with conversation.

Take a journey with Adam Hamilton as he travels on video from Nazareth to Bethlehem in this fascinating look at the birth of Jesus Christ.

Science and Religion: Pathways to Truth – a video and discussion session in the Parlor
Hosted by Francis S. Collins –9-week DVD discussion meets at 8:45 a.m. in the Parlor on Sunday mornings.  Francis S. Collins, Director, The National Institutes of Health. Author of “The Language of God” A Scientist Presents Evidence for Belief. This adult study is led by Larry Josefowski.

Jesus Calling: A  discussion of this devotional book in the Library
Adult Study Jesus Calling meets in the library at 8:45 a.m. on Sunday mornings. The study is an interactive discussion on selected days of the daily devotional Jesus Calling. The book is a best seller and is widely popular among Chrsitians. No advance preparation required for participation. What is Jesus saying to you? – Led by Dave Evans

FaithLink- Discussion about news of the week and how it relates to Scripture and our faith journey.
Connecting Faith and Life meets at 9:45 a.m. in the Parlor on Sunday mornings. This class discusses National and International news and issues, and the discussion is about how it ties in with the Church and Christian living. This adult study is led by Ray Yarnall.
