Mindful Journaling:
A 6-week self-exploration study

Through the six weeks of Lent, prepare to dedicate 30 minutes to self-exploration, stress management or quiet time simply to write.  Each week there will be a prompt to guide you through an aspect of inner reflection including — Visualize your best self – What’s on your mind? – What’s standing in your way? – Sketchnotes, based on the work of Sylvia Duckworth – What’s your action plan? and How are you feeling?

Mindful Journaling will be led by Wesley Church member, Carol Gambone, and will be held Sundays March 10th, 17th, 24th, 31st and April 7th and 14th from 4:30-5:00 pm in Grace Fellowship Hall prior to Pastor Amy’s yoga class.
