Jesus feeds

Wesley UMC, aka The Body of Christ, will be hosting a meal for The Dover Interfaith Mission for Housing (Men’s Shelter) on Sunday, August 25th.  

In order to provide this meal, we need the following items:   

Black Olives Sliced – 4 cans (3.5 oz-4.0 oz size)

Sour Cream – 8 pints (16 oz size)

Raw Onion Chopped – 4 large onions

Salsa Mild – 3 jars (16 oz.)

Salsa Medium – 3 jars (16 oz.)

Lettuce Shredded – 8 bags (8 oz.)

Cheese Shredded – 8 bags (4 cup)

Soft Taco Shells – 10 packs (10 – 6 inch size)

Ground Beef cooked with taco seasoning – 16 pounds (1 packet of seasoning per pound)

Black Beans – 6 cans (26.5oz size)

Frozen Corn – 2 bags (5 lbs. each)

If you are able to contribute, we would be most grateful.

All items need to be dropped off on Sunday morning-August 25th- by 11:15am to the church kitchen. 

Please place the items on counter marked as ‘Men’s Shelter’ or in refrigerator marked ‘Men’s Shelter’. 

If you would like to help serve the meal, please feel free to arrive at the shelter between 5:30pm – 6:00pm. 

Dinner will be served at 6:00pm.
